I was jazzed about the casting until we hit Scotty (Simon Pegg), Bones (Karl Urban) and Kirk (Chris Pine????). They nailed Spock perfectly with Quinto but this last bunch has most fans moaning and groaning. They completely lost the momentum they had with the Spock casting announcement.

Anyone they get for Kirk would be a bad choice. Following Shatner in that character is going to make any actor not look good.
