I can create rain

All three times I've washed my new red car, it has rained within 48 hours only once on the same day though. Yesterday I'm using an old borrow pickup truck to move some stuff from the old place to our new house, rained all day. Anyone need some rain?

I'm the same way with a bright sunny day. If I wear sunglasses when i leave the house, the clouds will roll in.
